Diversity and Inclusion Policy

The Noah Project strives for an environment that embraces the differences that make us all who we are. Differences among our gender, age, ethnicity, religious background, cultural background, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and more, help to create a diverse environment at the Noah Project. To us, diversity means various experiences, cultures, and qualifications, ultimately leading to different viewpoints and approaches which allow us to provide the best care possible for the cats and dogs in our shelter.

Noah Project is committed to welcoming and supporting a diverse environment. This policy applies to our staff, board of directors, volunteers, and supporters and is reviewed by the Board on a regular basis.
